- Project manage delivery of initiatives and key integrations with new international clients in the travel industry.- Analyse product performance, Key Performance Indicators, return on investment of software products.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, producing reports and documenting conclusions.- Recommend and scope new software products and product improvements by gathering requirements, specifications etc.- Engage with business stakeholders to inform priority and plan initiatives for improved commercial performance.CarTrawler is the leading B2B provider of car rental and mobility solutions to the global travel industry. - Working with technical teams to scope and prioritise strategic initiatives, partner requests, bugs and technical improvements.- Coordinating delivery of new and improved integrations and campaigns for improved commercial performance and partner relationships.- Improving processes and communicating clearly to a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Commercial Projects and Strategic Business Team:- Co-ordination and planning of complex initiatives for improved commercial performance for CarTrawler's key partnerships.- Cross-functional liaison with all business units to ensure timely delivery and quality of initiatives.- Monitoring and reporting of business performance, biweekly presentations to partners and managing this relationship by acting as a point of contact.

Graduate Programme comprising several departmental rotations:- Supply Manager for France, Morocco, French overseas territories: Developed strong working relationships with regional car rental suppliers, monitored and improved performance.- Content and Quality Executive for DACH, Greece, Cyprus and Malta: Engaged with suppliers for this region to manage quality of car rental content in this region.- German Speaking Customer Support Agent: Assisted German speaking customers with queries or issues related to their car rental bookings.- Partner and Integrations Manager: Managed international airline partners, assisting them with technical and operational queries.- Junior Project and Portfolio Manager: Reported on projects, compiled documentation and ran weekly planning sessions. Managed delivery of initiatives with development teams and stakeholders across the business.
