Online Spanish helps Latino and Hispanic professionals in North America connect with qualified Spanish instructors. We help language learners develop the business and professional communication needs in Spanish that will take them to the next step in their professional and personal language learning journeys.

* Manager and content developer of the ACCELERATE Fellowship program, an intensive online course redesign program for equity and inclusion, and the online and self-paced, ACCELERATE Asynchronously course.* Leads project management for faculty's hybrid/online courses and cross-campus courses (e.g., UCD Pathways Course Innovation Initiative and UC's Innovative Learning Technology Initiatives/ILTI grant programs), from initial intake to project development, program proposal, budget preparation, and management support. Develops revisions to course development process in order to increase efficiency. Teaches the yearly EDU 398, Seminar on Hybrid College Teaching class for UC Davis graduate students and postdocs, as a collaboration between the School of Education and the Center for Educational Effectiveness. The seminar introduces current and future instructors to best practices in hybrid and online college education, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

* Led and coordinated a team of 10, K-16 educators and subject matter experts that developed online and blended-learning, professional development content for +1,000,000 K-12 teachers and teacher educators across the country.
