Core Spaces gave me the incredible experience of working at their student housing complex, Hub East Lansing as a community assistant and brand ambassador. As a brand ambassador, I learned many different marketing tactics on and around campus to encourage students to sign leases at the Hub. My ambassador team accounted for roughly 100 of the 585 beds, prior to the building's opening. Upon completion of the property, I was hired as a community assistant to be more involved with the marketing, management and leasing of the property. Throughout my experience as a community assistant I gained knowledge in customer service both on site and over the phone, touring prospect leads and also following up with these leads using software services such as Entrata.
