Here’s a little bit about my background: With over 5 years as a Travel Assistance OperatorAs a travel assistance operator for the European and American teams of Universal Assistance, my tasks included dealing with clients in the search for solutions for their travel problems. I work to defuse tension by addressing issues head-on, making customers immediately aware that I am on their side and ready to assist providing medical assistance coordination in emergencies or scheduling appointments, patient follow-up and coordination with E.Rs and first Aid centers or Dental offices requesting medical tests, patient transfers, etc. As well as coordination with airports in case of lost luggage or sanitary flights. I’m experienced in call center, Inbound call handling and complaint resolution. I’ve been the escalation point for service issues that require elevated decision-making to maintain both company brand and customer happiness. My performance in problem-solving has been recognized.
