Responsible for product management functions including customer/market analysis, supplier management, pricing, stock management, local development and homologation approval process of product lines.

Responsible for tactical marketing plans to support growth of Mercedes-Benz van sales and market share based on customer /industry research, designed to grow sales, increase customer satisfaction and improve dealer profitability. Enhancement of customer brand experience and customer loyalty through B2B and B2C initiatives including mystery shopping programs, quarterly customer magazine, vehicle product launches and trade events and manage the customer satisfaction program.
