As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, I provide recruitment support for EY's Core Business Services (CBS). This means regular collaboration with hiring managers in order to understand the needs of each Business Unit, then working together on a recruiting strategy to meet those needs. I team with Talent Acquisition colleagues to source the best talent, and together we conduct behavioral interviews to ensure the proper fit across a wide variety of position types (see below for more detail). I also collaborate with compensation analysts to formulate job offers. I still get such a kick out of making an offer and hearing the excitement in a candidate's voice when s/he accepts!
