I was able to execute Human Resources tasks including conducting 25+ interviews, completing 50+ I-9 forms while auditing the personal files for the 12 locations all across Ohio, and traveling to multiple locations to learn more about the culture of each office. Tuscora Park is public park with a pool, playgrounds, putt putt, and various ride for children.Through guarding, maintaining, and overseeing daily pool operations with my team of lifeguards I have learned how to work well in team situations, how to communicate efficiently, and how to be a leader to those around me. Through instructing swim classes I further developed my passions for teaching, coaching and working with children. Maintaining the safety of our patrons at our park public pool has made me grow as individual in many ways. It has taught me the importance of safety regulations, attention to details, and consulting with superiors.

Pet Center, Inc is a pet boarding and grooming business for cats and dogs. Directly operated by Sifferlin Veterinarian Clinic.Through working with 10 other employees to care for approximately 45-50 dogs at a time I developed skills of correct animal feeding procedure, along with proper sanitation of kennels. I was in charge of surrounding environment to ensure positive and healthy living space for boarded animals as well as assisting co-workers with the tracking of all animals including boarding dates, feeding schedules, and activities. While working there I furthered my personal and professional skills of problem solving, leading, and communicating positively.
