Led and coordinated the work of a development team of 4 working on a Baan V Manufacturing project. All development was done using Baan's 4GL application.Helped develop of BaanERP (V) Manufacturing module.

Relocated to Baan's Development Center in the Netherlands for an 18 month period to help develop the Baan IV Process Manufacturing application. Involved in all stages of development; from the writing of Definition Studies and Functional Designs, programming, to System Tests and documentation. Led Development team of 3 as coordinator and Senior Software Engineer on Baan’s Baan IV Quality Management System (QMS) application.

Worked as Research and Development programmer enhancing company's Process Manufacturing application. Modified such modules as Inventory Control, Order Entry, Purchasing, Material Management, and Production Scheduling System modules. All development done in COBOL on an HP3000 platform (MPE/ix using an HP Image Database). Took over development of all report using HP’s Business Report Writer (BRW). Spent 9 months as a Software Consultant for the company's largest customer - Pepsi Cola Bottling . Was responsible for customizing and enhancing Probe’s SIP/ITS - Inventory Tracking System to meet customer’s requirements. Involved in Inventory Movement interface project which allowed the transfer of inventory transactions between handheld scanners and SIP/ITS application. Became mentor for all new-hires.Relocated temporarily to New Jersey to work on a migration project for Probe’s client (Pepsi-Cola Company). Used Powerbuilder and Sybase to create next generation of Probe’s legacy SIP/ITS application. My main task was designing development specifications for the programmers. After the project was completed, returned to Quebec and undertook efforts to migrate Probe’s OSSPRI application written in Speedware 4GL from HP3000 (MPE/ix) to HP9000 (HP-UX).
