Oversaw the design and development of the corporate volunteer partnership program, Circle the Schools directly managing relationships between 17 technology organizations for Salesforce and 17 public schools in San Francisco. Prioritized and planned volunteer engagement opportunities to reflect shared goals to onboard, develop and maintain relationships with school staff and corporate partners, specifically Salesforce organizations that had been paired with San Francisco Unified School District elementary, middle, and high schools to utilize employee engagement models and report on grant initiatives supporting Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. Led team of Partnership Coordinators in design and adoption of systems and best practices collecting evaluation data to strengthen program, contributing to the growth of 14 partnerships to 40 in 3 years.Project managed Hour of Code initiative in tandem with SFUSD to incorporate 19 school schedules for volunteer-led coding sessions during Global Computer Science Week engaging over 250 volunteers to serve approx. 7,000 students. Facilitated volunteer trainings in classroom management, intercultural fluency, and unconscious bias. Focus School Community Engagement Program:Manage the Math Fellow and overall implementation of Signature Math Program at three SFUSD high-need school sites working with CBO's, school staff, and volunteers to provide educator grants, volunteer opportunities in the classrooms, and Common Core Math curriculum support.

Assisted in policy research aimed at equal education opportunities for Roma citizens within countries of operation in the European Union. Drafted response letters, press releases and articles for all branches in Eastern Europe. Maintained database of contributors, partners and published works with site visits to various programs and communities in Hungary and Slovakia. Implemented grant reporting processes and led training for new hires in the Presov, Slovakia office.

Mary Helen Rogers Senior Community Center

Coordinated and oversaw educational workshops, community-building activities, food pantry programs, and leadership activities to diverse residents residing at three housing sites for low-income families and senior communities. Implemented diverse activities that promoted healthy community among residents and coordinating both on and off site educational, social and recreational activities.

Supported afterschool programs at various school sites. Designed and implemented a week-long overnight summer program aimed at inner-city high school youth. Ran weekly staff meetings, led trainings on youth management and conflict mediation while developing curriculum focused on self-identity and empowerment. Responsible for spearheading session development, logistics, and managing social media campaign.

Chinatown Community Development Center

Examined social injustices and the correlation between public housing and development within the Chinatown community. Attended workshops, seminars, and presentations which allowed for insight on the inner-workings of public and private institutions. Developed the ability to identify key issues within the community surrounding areas of transportation, affordability, and economic development and used findings to devise a city planning project with the purpose of remedying issues of congestion, practicality, and economic growth.
