I had a fantastic opportunity to spend six months in Portugal working for Huf Portugal in a Job Rotation program.In 2013 I decided to expand my career and joined Transitions Optical Brazil as an IT Manager. Three years later, I came to the US as a Global Project Manager to take care of our Global Oracle Implementation and Global Supply Chain initiatives.In 2020 I became Americas Digital Manager.In this position, I am: * The Product Owner for our company’s CRM (Salesforce), leading implementations and improvements and ensuring our partners from the Commercial and Marketing have the best experience they could have. * The Product owner for our B2B Marketing Automation tool, managing our Internal and External (B2B) Newsletters and Email and Text Messages Campaigns.My team handles our Websites, Transitions Store Locator, and other web initiatives. I am PMP Certified with over 15 years of experience in IT management (budget, leadership, strategic skills, and people management), working in national and international teams. In 2021 I got my degree in Digital Marketing Science to increase my knowledge of this fantastic world called “digital marketing.”
