I started my career in the pensions industry with Irish Pensions Trust (IPT) in 1988 in South Mall, Cork city. Moved to IPT's Dublin offices in 1993 followed by 2 years as Manager of IPT's new offices in Galway. In 1996, I moved to Invesco, the relatively newly established (1991) pension and investment consultancy firm, as the 8th employee. Today, I am a Director of Invesco where we employee in excess of 100 people and work with a clientbase of over 500 corporate schemes, covering over 60,000 pension scheme members.Specialties: Group insured pension schemes, risk benefit broking, trusteeship services, recordkeeping, online benefit statements, pension and investment consultancy, actuarial consultancy, communications, pre-retirement planning.
