Worked with TOMS BI Leadership and Senior Management for a "BI Program Initiation" thru December 2013. Completed the following tasks: * Conducted workshops with key business stakeholders to define a consolidated list of key performance indicators, common reporting characteristics, and security requirements.* Organized information requirements into an organization-wide logical data model with detailed source to target mapping in each functional area (technical specifications).* Defined a short-term schedule of deliverables based on Agile methodology and a long-term roadmap of reference architecture (BW on HANA and Business Objects), team capabilities, and security design.* Provided recommended system requirements, architecture, and sizing for TOMS BI toolsets.After the architecture and groundwork was understood, we began the build phase in mid-December 2013. My full-time role transitioned to part-time support in October 2007.
