When HireRight went through a round of mergers in 2019, I was presented with the opportunity to join the Onboarding team for a special project that would streamline the combined companies' platforms. I analyzed client programs on legacy platforms and built templates for efficient migration to go-forward system, then coordinated resources, timelines, and communications for 2 - 3 month project sprints. When projects included 3rd party integrations, I coordinated with vendors to integrate HireRight services with their external platforms. Throughout the projects, I represented the Onboarding team on product development scrums to ensure client needs were met during development cycles. As First Advantage became the largest screening company in the world in 2013 with the acquisitions of Verifications, Inc and the screening divisions of LexisNexis, a project was initiated to streamline the 3 companies' technology and resources. In my role as a Senior Project Manager, I drove migrations of clients from legacy platforms to FADV's flagship Enterprise Advantage Platforms. For each project, I led client discovery sessions for all product lines and provided requirements to product managers when gaps were discovered. I customized final software solutions, then provided demos and training in-person or virtually. When needed, I partnered with 3rd party software partners to build new system-to-system integrations. Within our project team, we applied agile methods. Following project standards (Update meetings, Action Logs, Project Workbooks) I would collaborate with clients, sales, IT, & setup teams to keep projects on-track.Accomplishments:-Refined existing applicant tracking system to meet transportation industry needs-Defined requirements for custom SAP integration and drove implementation within 2 months.-Educated 100's of users on FADV systems-Completed 13 enterprise-level migrations & 60+ small/medium-level migrations in 20 months.
