CurrentBusiness Product Manager for Content Management / Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and tools, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets (DAM) and Sites (CMS), Adobe Dynamic Media Scene7, Brightcove, and Adobe Creative Cloud, supporting digital marketing and creative stakeholders at Dell. Streamlined key asset and site management processes and identified opportunities for enhancing and improving content management tools listed above (especially AEM) within Dell Marketing in partnership with IT, web content operation teams, and DAM Librarians. Focus on reducing siloed content management and establishing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for marketing images, documents, videos, and other marketing content. Designed and managed content for internal information hubs containing training, resources, and project updates to increase transparency and user engagement. Created and distributed release and project update communications for 17K+ users.Partnered with web production teams, solutions architects, developers, SEO, and other teams to develop best practices for dynamically serving content from the DAM to Dell's internal and public sites.
