Through the delivery of reliable and traceable email communications of orders, invoices and receipts to suppliers and external parties.• Saving millions of dollars per year in lost productivity due to password leak incidents. The Office365 team created a Proof of Concept (POC), Mobile Device Management (MDM) on my direction after losing data to phishing scams and the realisation that we had very little to no control over devices in these incidents. After the POC proved successful we were able to scale the system up into run mode (advantage of cloud-based systems). We also used the MDM to deploy Multi factor authentication to all connected handsets.• Lost productivity if unhalted could have cost estimated $100,000 per year - Thwarted a major password phishing email incident in conjunction with the response team in Belgium, by coordinating the location and removal of phishing emails and effectively blocked the vector from transmission within Sibelco systems. -
