All submitted plans were successful in receiving Board approval and passed to contract holders to implement;• Managed infrastructure negotiations between business and service providers for all operations in Australia, including closing of sites expansion or replacement of sites.

Responsible for actionable roadmaps for all MS365 Cloud based solutions operationally run out of Belgium and Romania. Influence over Global IT Strategy. Achievements• 3-month secondment to Belgium for establishing the service ownership team, relationships with key stakeholders as well as the head office IT team in Belgium. After initial secondment remote managed the service from Sydney Australia.• Conservatively saving in the vicinity of $100,000 per year - Planned and implemented a fault tolerant high availability global SMTP relay service for all global WAN internal services. Through the delivery of reliable and traceable email communications of orders, invoices and receipts to suppliers and external parties.• Saving millions of dollars per year in lost productivity due to password leak incidents. The Office365 team created a Proof of Concept (POC), Mobile Device Management (MDM) on my direction after losing data to phishing scams and the realisation that we had very little to no control over devices in these incidents. After the POC proved successful we were able to scale the system up into run mode (advantage of cloud-based systems). We also used the MDM to deploy Multi factor authentication to all connected handsets.• Lost productivity if unhalted could have cost estimated $100,000 per year - Thwarted a major password phishing email incident in conjunction with the response team in Belgium, by coordinating the location and removal of phishing emails and effectively blocked the vector from transmission within Sibelco systems.

Provide backfill and succession planning for the Regional Infrastructure Manager for Sibelco APAC IT operations.Achievements• Oversaw the relocation of one of our offices in Auckland NZ, organised resources to assist disconnection reconnection of services;• Escalation point for Admin staff in terms of roles and responsibilities in managing the APAC infrastructure;• Approval point and oversight for change and patch management;• Supervisory of 10 infrastructure staff throughout the APAC region.

With the purchase of QMAG moved into a more technical oversight role within Sibelco, with a long-term view of moving back into management of IT (maintained one direct report).Achievements• Responsible for the maintenance of the Exchange systems, also directly managed the patch release schedule for Sibelco Australia;• Oversaw the project to migrate Australian users to Office365, saving the organisation approximately $50,000 in capex;• Saved the organisation $80,000 by arranging trenching for comms into site through Sibelco’s contractors. Commissioned voice and data comms, as well as installation of servers for new Parkhurst North site.

Productivity gains through performance enhancements and patch management saved the organisation approximately $100K p/a;• With upgrade of the ERP we were able to leverage third party BI (Business Intelligence) systems such as Crystal Reports Server, which my team also implemented;• Creation of reporting structures to enable ABC (Activity Based Costing) giving departments the ability to compare costs between them and their equivalent/s in other departments and sites. Ability to use ABC estimated to save around $50,000 p/a;• Oversaw the upgrade of the communications backbone at Parkhurst 10 square kilometre plant. Previous designed network was hobbled together and had many bottlenecks. New comms was dropout and faults free. Estimated to save $20,000 per year, on free flow of information from plant to laboratory alone;• Upgraded Laboratory Information Management System, in conjunction with other plant communication upgrades efficiencies were gained through the plant being able to communicate with the laboratory for product conformance information. Labware LIMS was the product ultimately chosen with consultation with the business.
