My current role as selling sales manager for Taylor Morrison's Jacksonville division allows me to utilize all my talents in both customer-facing sales as well as support for the entire sales team.Previously, as the President of McGill Aviation, I consistently maximized profitability, implemented detailed training programs, and managed aviation operations with a strong focus on quality service delivery.Prior to McGill Aviation, I established, managed, and grew a thriving SCUBA training and certification business with retail locations and industry-leading instruction/certification programs. My diverse experience on both sales and operational sides has given me a well-rounded and unique perspective on different business aspects. I’m comfortable building relationships with at all levels of an organization or community - and excel at building excitement and consensus around programs and initiatives. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife, son, and two dogs. We love live music and can be found at almost any concert in the Jacksonville area. When we are not rocking out, I also enjoy triathlon. I am proud to have completed 15 Ironman distance triathlons.I am always looking for new connections.
