I’m the co-founder of Education Soul, a private company that uses world-class EdTech Platforms and methodologies to make a social impact, using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for low-income public schools in Latin America.My goal is to develop and close the gap of 21st century skills for children, youth and teachers: Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking and Computational Thinking in a range of 5 to 18 years old.I bring my expertise facilitating projects through the use of innovation methodologies such as design thinking and lean startup. I strongly believe in bringing alternative learning spaces to underserved population, with a gender emphasis in Latin America, where I have had the opportunity to design, estructure and operate Lifelong Learning Projects for more tan 5,000 women.My background is in Academic and Entrepreneurial Project Management with 20 years of experience leading technically and financially tailor-made educational programs, along with a consulancy practice, where I have advised more than 50 companies.I´m frequently invited as an entrepreneur and EdTech speaker/Jury in Latin America. Since 2019, I´m a HundrED Ambassador for Colombia, a Finnish non-for-profit organization with the purpose to help every child to flourish, no matter what happens in life, through education. Since 2021, I’m proud to share that our company Education Soul is a member of the 21st Century Skills Coalition led by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington D.C., that supports the implementation of a new generation of education and training policies in Latin America and the Caribbean and promotes the development and strengthening of transversal skills in the region. In addition, we are also the National Partner in Colombia for the Creative Business Network (CBN) organization from Denmark who supports the global creative economy.I hold an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA from The National University of Colombia and a Master´s degree in Strategic and Innovation Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
