Administrative assistant for an office of approximately 10 employees. Duties included reception, copying/filing, mailing, phone management, customer service and documentation. Used industry standard software to create and manage projects, databases, and marketing materials. Entrusted to manage a temporary team of 4 individuals devoted to prescreening documents used as evidence in an extensive fraud investigation in 2013.

Technical support for DePaul students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors. Troubleshooting standard software, browser, cell phone/tablet, proprietary website, and simple hardware issues. Able to perform clean program installs/uninstalls, optimize external devices, and clear malware. Organizing and delegating complex cases to the appropriate specialists with appropriate communication. Extensive and dynamic customer service and exchange - anticipating problems, explaining complex instructions, instilling confidence, and brainstorming creative solutions.
