Session musician and tutor

Teaching and mentoring motivated and sometimes unmotivated students, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, with the same passion and dedication at any age between 5 – XX years of age. Directing band ensembles in several different styles of music, often with time pressure for upcoming concerts / projects.Preparing content, organizing and directing workshops (average 20 attendees) about rhythmic orientated theoretical and practical topics and interacting with pupils for any rhythm related question.Office administration, bookkeeping, managing the school when the owner was absent, organizing lesson and teacher timetables, negotiating with and providing exemplary customer service to students (and their parents).Representing the music school to a high standard during marketing activities (exhibitions, school fairs, advertising, other promotional activities, etc).
