Hannah McGowan serves as a Coordinator in Newmark’s Boston office. She focuses on leasing and capital markets specifically within the Medical-Academic sphere. She works closely with Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center, and South Shore Hospital, on tenant representation.Hannah is an active member of the Corey C. Griffin Foundation planning committee and started her own side hustle during the pandemic focusing on organization. She created a line of clean, non-toxic candles which she sells in various businesses in the area.Hannah attended Norwell High School and received an undergraduate degree from Saint Anselm College afterward. She resides in Boston’s Seaport.
