I'm a technical writer who is passionate about plain language. I transform complex information into simple, clear, and concise content that is genuinely helpful for its audience. My passion for plain language has won a WriteMark Plain English Award and four Awards of Distinction. I became a judge for the WriteMark Plain English Awards in 2015.I have a Diploma in Web Content and am trained in Information Mapping®. I have spent most of my career designing documents and forms, writing user guides, and analysing information and processes. I have worked on large-scale web content management projects, and tested software.I spend my downtime studying towards a Diploma in Interior Design. I hope to one day move into a role that combines both my writing and interior design skills. My home has featured in Your Home and Garden magazine and the book Rooms to Love.
