In consultation with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) and Health Match BC, PRA-BC assists applicants through an initial screening process to assess their probable eligibility for licensure in BC and participation in the PRA-BC program. Once eligible candidates are selected, health authorities in BC identify practice clinics in underserved rural communities where candidates are selected and interviewed for potential hire.Upon selection by health authorities and completion of PRA-BC program requirements, candidates will fulfill a three-year return of service (ROS) within those communities.The PRA-BC program is a collaborative venture between the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, the Joint Standing Committee on Rural Issues comprised of representatives from the provincial government and Doctors of BC, the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine Continuing Professional Development, BC health authorities and Health Match BC.

Manage a portfolio of over 300 candidates. Review CVs, assess eligibility, assist with licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and find suitable employment for Physicians. Also responsible for organizing travel and shipping of display booths for Conferences.Assist Physicians and Nurses with their Immigration to Canada through the Provincial Nominee Program in accordance with the regulations imposed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.Provide support to the BC Care Aide Registry, Nurse and Allied Health Recruitment.

Responsible for all communications on behalf of the Organization to sponsors and partners. Acting as a liaison between the students in Peru and their sponsors.

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their employment and support them in the Community. I am responsible for their safety, personal hygiene and overall facilitation of their day.

Responsible for the set-up of meeting rooms according to the event order. Serve guests any food and beverage that they require throughout their stay. Clean up and tear down existing structures to build new ones for the next event order.

Responsible for taking the order, setting up the table and delivering food or beverages to the guests while providing exceptional customer service. Used Micros and Opera systems to bill rooms and document volume and profits.

Made proposals, adjusted events according to budgets, planned, advertised and ran the events for the Graduate Student Society. Conducted Qualitative and Quantitative Research on policies for upcoming referendum and helped out with basic office duties.
