Oasis Academy is a 5-Star charter school in Fallon, NV giving the students of Churchill County a world-class education.I establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of Oasis Academy’s technological development. I help direct Oasis Academy's strategic IT direction, development, and future growth, and conduct research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and make the determination of the probability of implementation.I work in a consultative fashion with other department heads (finance, operations, and education) as an adviser of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. I provide technical leadership in a fashion that supports the Oasis Academy's culture, mission, and values.My focus at Oasis Academy has been to implement an industry standard IT governance framework, and reduce the cost of IT by 30% while delivering an effective, and more robust technology platform. I have worked toward creating a student based technology team that reduces costs, while given the students some amazing hands-on experience. I also have worked diligently to develop a 21st Century learning environment to give our students an edge when entering college or the workforce.

As a Virtual Chief Informtaion Officer (vCIO) I assist the Client organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations. Additionally, I provide:- I provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the client network.- I will facilitate communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the client organization.- I frequently oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation the systems that support end users in the productive use of Client computer hardware and software.- I review and implement cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives, including vendor management and professional services as needed.

Taking responsibility for all reported severity 1 and 2 incidents. Creating an ad hoc team of subject matter experts, and driving the team to a mitigation of the incident. Maintaining excellent communication with HPE senior and executive management during the duration of the incident.
