• Manage relationships with small & large groceries, CVS and on premise accounts and keeping them updated about Monster & Burn energy drinks.• Strive to increase brand visibility by working strategically with AAFB sales executives. • Constantly assessing the trade in order to spot and capitalize on opportunities for market penetration. • Ensure the availability of the products for the specific outlet in accordance with company’s 3P strategy (Product, Price & Placement). • Understand the specific customer’s needs and requirement and plan accordingly to penetrate and get proper visibility in the outlet. • Utilizing the POSM to get extra visibility and blocking the space in the outlet by using Guerrilla Marketing techniques. • Working closely with Area Sales Managers, Regional Manager and Marketing Director to discuss the business needs and share the market intelligence. • Ensure proper implementation of all types of Marketing activities, Seeding and Sampling and keeping track.• Reporting to Monster Regional Manager through Monster MEP Application and creating the Daily Presentation of the market visits.• Attending weekly meetings with ASMs and Sales Executives to discuss the problems they face in the market and getting their feedbacks, trying to resolve the problems by visiting outlets.• Motivate the Sales team, and brief them to ensure that they adhere to Principal Guidelines.• Periodically analyze the Market Sales Strategies and pass feedback to Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Director & Marketing Manager.• Coordinate and cooperate with all the managers, accounts for the best interest of the company.

• Handling Sales and Distribution, Increasing the width & depth of accountable to achieve sales targets as per the sales budget with Key Accounts.• Ensure timely submission of Availability / Visibility / Competitor activity/ Weekly & Daily Reports or any other reports requested by the company.• Visit regularly the market along with the merchandisers.• Ensure the availability of the entire approved range of products for the specific outlet.• Managing Account Space and adhering to space as per the account agreement.• Adhering to Plano Gram as per the Principal Guidelines.• Create Route Plan for Merchandiser for Effective Time Management.• Ensure proper Implementation of all types of Marketing activities, Promotions & Optimal promotional displays.• Check received sales order / final invoice / GRV’s.• Responsible for Reconciliation of payments in coordination with accounts department and customer.• Periodically Analyze the Market Sales Strategies and pass feed Back to Key Account Manager. Coordinate and cooperate with all other stores managers, accounts for the best interest of the company.• POS Management & ensure top visibility for each brands.• Identification of new business opportunities, and new accounts openings.
