I am currently leading a highly skilled team that focuses on revolutionizing content creation. Our goal is to leverage artificial intelligence technologies to empower content creators and streamline the creative process. My role involves overseeing various initiatives, including a comprehensive creative application called "Create," as well as generative AI technologies that enhance photo editing, design, and 3D workflows.

I was in charge of the InVision design tools and conducting R&D for Freehand, a powerful whiteboarding application. This project led to the introduction of Smart Objects, which have the ability to interact with real-time data and visually convert any data source into valuable information, utilizing a robust rendering and animation engine. I focused on enhancing the handoff process between designers and developers, refining developer rituals, and improving classic presentations via visual collaboration within Freehand (acquired by Miro).

In my role as Principal Product Manager at Adobe, I successfully revamped the Creative Cloud application to cater to the needs of Adobe's creative customers. This project significantly improved engagement with key creative applications like Photoshop, positively affecting our business metrics by drawing inspiration from classic app stores. Ultimately, the new user experience prioritized content and creative actions, enhancing the overall user journey.

I manage a team of talented and passionate program, community, project and studio managers. We design and produce community engagement programs using live streaming platforms. The biggest project named Adobe Live consists in inviting every week professional designers. They share their creative process on Behance (Adobe's social network) and answer questions from the creative community.

As a strategist on the CC communication and community team, I coordinate with social, product marketing, community, and evangelism teams at Adobe to develop, execute, monitor, and analyse community activities that support broader strategic goals for Creative Cloud.I am responsible for developing strategies for scaling and expanding the community and evangelism teams' reach and impact through events and online activities.

The Adobe Creative Cloud is a new offering that revolutionizes the way designers and creative work together. I work closely with creatives, web developers and interactive agencies to promote this new set of services. To do so I manage a blog (www.creativedroplets.com), a digital magazine (www.appliness.com), I speak at conferences, and I maintain 1o1 relationships with key creatives.
