• Lead rights-based survivor-centered training program to increase local capacity to document forensic evidence of mass crimes of sexual and gender-based violence for doctors, nurses, community health workers, lab technicians, and allied legal, and law enforcement professionals in Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, and Iraq. Supervised training of over 1,800 professionals.• Recruited and directed a pool of expert trainers, to conduct in-person trainings, webinars, and mentorship of medical, legal, and law enforcement professionals, including specialized training on forensic examination of child survivors of sexual violence and specialized approaches for working with pediatric populations, contributing to the landmark victory against perpetrators of CRSV in the case of child survivors in Kavumu, DRC. • Conceptualized and execute institutional capacity development initiative to assess and pilot strategies to improve post-rape care services at public healthcare institutions in partnerships with national, county-level, and local stakeholders, including Ministries of Health, locals health departments, and civil society. • Represent the organization at donor meetings and high-level technical collaborations with local and regional organizations engaging in medical treatment, legal service provision, human rights reporting, and advocacy.
