Senior Client Manager
Current• Monitored accounts receivable and collections to ensure A/R benchmarks are met. • Reviewed and analyzed coding policies for accurate claims reimbursement. • Monitored reimbursement patterns of non-contracted carriers and HCPCS code.• Provide high-level reports to practice provider(s) and upper leadership.• Ability to manage multiple clients combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level tasks.• Understand how to take initiative to drive project(s) forward even under ambiguous circumstances• Regularly consult and advise medical practices regarding the financial health of their practices• Liaison between the practice office and insurance payers for reimbursement disputes.• Coordinate projects with the objective that measures up to the company-wide goals.• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
