We achieved great things and most importantly, created an open office environment that encourages a team approach to all aspects of our work using cutting-edge tools and technologies. In the process, we have won many industry awards for the products we have built.Transitioned an aging AS400-based policy management system to a Guideware-based system for 4 product lines (Home, Auto, Landlord, and BOP) and 3 states (CA, NV, and AZ)

Wintec manufacture their own high quality semiconductor products. Provide supply chain management services to high tech companies. Wintec also provide eCommerce services to the largest commerce providers in the US (Walmart, Sears, Staples, Amazon, eBay) and more.Brought on board to stabilize and scale out the infrastructure to support massive order volumes. Established a BI reporting infrastructure to support management reporting.

Globalware provided global eCommerce and supply chain services to a number of major retail and technology brands. Transformed the IT team from a fragmented, disjointed activity into a highly coordinated service organization delivering services as a trusted eCommerce partner. Stabilized applications and infrastructure and re-architected with modern technologies taking advantage of SEO/SEM, Social and other cutting edge technologies. Implemented cloud based services using Microsoft and VMWare based technologies proving outstanding scaling capabilities.

Hired to bring stability and process to a changing technology team. Responsible for company infrastrucure and development of the companies strategic "SaaS" product MirixaPro.

Responsible for development of company core LOS (Loan Origination Software) product and the Berkeley Office.
