(As of January 2018, I am taking a special assignment to assist with New Penn Motor Express)My new responsibilities include:- Taking the largest accounts and assisting the collector in getting issues resolved, and find a way to coach them and be able to work it by themselves- Being readily available to answer all questions for every member on the Holland team, and if unable to find the answers know who to ask to get the answers- Proactively look at the team goals and where we are falling short, work on solutions to address these issues and implement procedures that could help achieve those goals- Worry about overall performance of the team, maintain their positive attitudes

My responsibilities here included:- Work on collecting past due freight invoices, focusing specifically on certain aspects such as ones 120 days from pickup, ones with partial payments, etc.- Work on solutions to avoid issues moving forward, and proactively work to address any issues as they arise- Keep a constant flow of information between the customers and the sales representatives when there is an issue that I could not personally solve
