Technology is an area in which I am highly driven. Being motivated to keep up-to-date with everything from business computing to the consumer computing market allows me to implement new solutions that can effectively meet business needs, sometimes needs they didn't know they had. I believe that technology can help businesses and consumers alike and that they are no longer two entities.I'm keen to understand how technology can improve the business world and continue to impact how we operate, now at a more global level than ever before. I naturally have a strong ability to keep calm and work under high pressure situations, while ensuring the task(s) that need to be done are completed effectively. My skill set in being able to not only understand technology to a detailed level, but also convey that knowledge to business partners and business units correctly is highly important for getting the technical job done and setting expectations with the business. While being able to maintain a professional image I'm very much able to gage my audience and adjust my presentation style as needed. As a professional in IT, I still aim to keep a strong network and ensure that I'm able to maintain a social connection with all of my colleagues. This social connection is so important to me because it forms conversation around new ways of doing things in more comfortable and open environment. I often refer to these as the most important type of conversation, corridor conversations.
