Matt graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Exercise Biology. Being involved in a myriad of sports since a young age and eventually playing football for UC Davis, Matt knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the heath and fitness industry. Through his studies, he found a fascination in exercise physiology and in particular the interactions that the human body has with the environment. His experience and passion for human movement, nutrition, and improving personal wellbeing, motivated him to take a position as a personal trainer at a commercial gym giving him the platform to begin applying his knowledge to clients who were motivated to improve their health and fitness Since embarking on this path in 2013 Matt has spent 10,000+ hours working with clients one-on-one and has created a blueprint to help his clients obtain their most sought after goals in the healthiest way possible!Impacting lives - one human at a time.
