• Follow up of debts to ensure maximum revenue collection• Maintenance of employer accounts through regular and accurate billing• Reconciliation of employer payments against employee records• Respond to employer queries to facilitate good clientele relations and maintain accurate client profile• Create and check employer registers, carry out debtor’s ledger analysis, phone employers, issue reminders and refer defaulters to Compliance field officers• Follow ups on employers (sending reminders and garnishing) to enable collection of maximum contributions

• Development of annual audit plans• Assessing principal risks facing an audit unit based on operational objectives.• Designing audit programs and strategies for audit units, in consultation with the Internal Audit Manager.• Performing follow up audits ensuring that management has implemented the suggested recommendations.• Income statement reconciliations for retail branches • Analytical procedures on wages and procurement systems • Internal control designing and implementation• Internal audits on factories at divisions• Prepare audit reports regular/weekly status reports of audits executed (Finance, ICT, Procurement, Stores, Marketing Departments) and report to the Internal Audit Manager• Preparation of consolidated prepayments schedule• Preparation of other monthly management reports such as the sales analysis • Conducting special investigations• Audit of fixed assets, validation of the existence of all the assets owned by the company• Assessment of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the utilisation of the company’s resources• Confirmation of the application of business best practices• Attendance to the periodic inventory and cash counts of all company divisions • Perform audits for all divisions and retails, in accordance with internal audit schedules.• Assessment of the relevancy, reliability and credibility of financial and operating information throughout the company
