-Provide quantity take off and cost estimates for the project-Monitor the progress of the project-Requisition of materials and other resources needed for the project-Prepare and handle the billing of the subcontractors-Preparation of documents for the request of partial payment/ billing from DPWH-Cost control and monitoring-Project Scheduling, Preparing catch-up schedules

-Provide accurate quantity take off and cost estimate to come up with competitive bid proposal-Create bill of quantities and bill of materials-Attend pre-bid meetings to clients-Requesting of quotations from suppliers
