Efficiently synchronized the day to day operations of a 60 employee logistics directorate from all services of the Armed forces and civilian service.

Served as the senior logistics executive for a 42K Soldier Army Corps. Through effective logistics management, maintained required 100% combat effectiveness capability for 12 subordinate organizations through a 35% funding level decrease as a result of sequestration.

Deputy CJ4 (logistics) and Chief of Staff for a 35 member multinational and NATO logistics staff element in the strategic Headquarters in Afghanistan. Initiated planning and analysis to facilitate the retrograde operations supporting ISAF redeployment.

Led an organization of 2500 personnel responsible for finding, recruiting and assessing volunteers to serve in the United States Army and Army Reserve. Over a two year period the organization recruited 35,000 Soldiers.

Led the Army War College protocol office through 73 distinguished and general officer visits including working with the White House Advance Team while executing President G.W. Bush’s visit to Carlisle Barracks PA. Executed fund management of $116K protocol fund account.
