Provided system support for over 200 users in a multi platform scalable computing environment for an events marketing company. The support consisted of desktop, UNIX servers, Windows servers and networks for corporate and branch.

Camp Zama, Japan

Performed as a corporate liaison to the United States Army Japan Head Quarters and provided onsite technical support for all Unisys contractual products. Addressed additional contract issues as necessary between the local office and Unisys Government Systems. Relayed all customers inquiries to the local office back to the branch office in Honolulu.
