Development of business concept, -plan and -model for Open City Networks, responsible for commercial trial, technical demonstration, network operation, procurement of Operation and Monitoring of City Network, negotiations with Service Providers, presentations for and negotiations with customers and international tasks.Developed and realized Skanska’s Open City Network concept as part of a small team. Starting from scratch we created a business model, technical trial and commercial launch in the Sundbyberg net, in nine months.
