I work in gastronomy from 2014 and with passing years I'm more and more passionate in professional service to Guests.My aim is constant knowledge widening in terms of beverages, food and management to become fully flexible in my duties.I've finished WSET level 3 and Master Waiter diploma in Poland, but it's barely a start :)Always happy to have new opportunities and challenges, but also willing to help in training staff, creating menus etc.
