I believe in working with others and helping my teammates with reaching our organizational, professional and personal goals legally, morally, and ethically. I am an action person with a sense of initiative who leads by example and can make effective, on the spot decisions. Expect me to empower and motivate employee involvement to cultivate self-directed work teams that promote leadership development. As an Airman in the Air Force, civil engineer, firefighter or contractor I love working in a team environment. I have mentored teams to dramatic improvements in performance to earning many awards, raising money for charities and attaining other goals. As I kept the first sentence of this summary as our compass. I once hosted a friendly regional fire department golf tournament, as the fire chief of Misawa Air Base, Japan. I quickly discovered that my golfing skills were not up to par with my peers nor anyone else. A hook shot is a great tool to have in a basketball game, but not in golf. A year later I am back in the U.S. and found it a lot easier to run golf tournament fundraisers rather than participate in them as a golfer. Announcing a shotgun start is cheaper than paying for all the mulligans needed for me to make par.

  Manages the Quality Control Program for the 6th Civil Engineer Squadron Support Service contract. AFM provides the full range of base operating and civil engineering services to plan, program, design, construct, operate, and maintain base facilities for the 6th Air Mobility Wing (6 AMW), United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and other MacDill tenants. Leads a team in certifying all contract requirements are met independently of functional areas. Assist in ensuring that AFM provides best practices to deliver unparalleled services at reduced cost.
