Additionally, creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.✔ Key Accomplishments: ✔• Installed layer 1, 2 and 3 hardware, with 100% compliance on operational readiness testing, at an international crossdock site that processes over 10,000,000 units per week.• Configured 210 Cisco C9500 and C9300 switches in 21 intermediary distribution frames at a traditional non-sortable site, supporting the local team to launch the site on time.• Migrated multiple enterprise scale networks from a three-tier, campus design to a fabric, spine and leaf approach as part of a global deployment program.• Reduced the threat blast radius by installing Juniper SRX-4100 edge firewalls to control traffic between remote and corporate sites.• Participated on an on-call rota and troubleshot high-severity issues at all OSI layers e.g dhcp.conf failure on an Ubuntu server, bringing 486 CCTV back online. • Developed a Linux server diagnostics script with Python and deployed to Amazon’s global codebase with Git.• Helped develop a full-stack interview tool built on React.js and Node.js to support Amazon's drive to hire and develop the best.• Upgraded 18 IPC devices to Ubuntu 22.01 to maintain Amazon's security posture.• Mentored an IT Apprentice, supporting them to successfully graduate their apprenticeship.
