Goal of SAB members is to identify and develop synergy effect between participating companies. My responsibilities include:- Strategic planning – setting the vision of the company and validating the vision with company owner representatives- Sales – Edookit was able to gain more than 10% annual growth during 2024.- Development – I focus on the optimization of development processes together with the idea formulation of Edookit technological update.- Financial planning and cashflow optimizations Edookit as a member of Plus4U group of companies delivers a modern and complex school information system that enables the schools, including students and their parents, to move forward with the digital education. The system fully cowers the day-to-day agenda of school, their operation and management. Currently more than 510 schools are taking advantage of using Edookit.

Starting with the strategic planning, through sales, marketing, product development and support.Plus4U Mobile s.r.o. as a former provider of virtual operator services provided public telecommunication services as well as corporate services within Plus4U, Unicorn and Vigour group of companies. In 2023 the company discontinued the provision of virtual operator services and continued with corporate services exclusively for mentioned groups of companies and their coworkers.Selected projectsMigration from T-Mobile Czech republic to O2 Czech republic. During this migration within an extremely short timeframe of two months we were able to migrate more than 8 000 numbers. Activities included- Impact analysis- Contractual negotiations with O2 Czech republic- Analysis of the clients portfolio, since multiple migration rules had to be applied- Planning of the physical migration- Coordination of related activities such as communication to the clients, physical delivery of SIM cards etc
