Whether it is connecting businesses or individuals, I love helping people join the dots, build communities of collaborators, helping them grow their partnerships and capabilities.I am a Principal of Global Programs at Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ), where I lead the development of the global talent attraction and retention strategy for Queensland and have delivered the global business community strategy which is now been operationalised as Global Connectors. Since 2013 I have been involved in the Queensland innovation ecosystem through initially applying through the ilab accelerator with my own startup idea, which at the time was run by Qld Government through Uniquest. I have continued my involvement in the ecosystem developing deep and diverse connections across businesses, startups, research institutions, investors and international trade across Qld. With a Bachelor of Business and Master of Arts in Digital Media I have 20 years of experience in community, program, and career development across education, technology, startups in Europe and Australia.My career path has been diverse but the core threads that hold true: education, technology, innovation and capability building.
