Senior Vice President
Current• Develop and execute marketing strategies for 10+ clients across industries, including retail, legal, healthcare, nonprofit, recruiting, real estate, education, and financial• Manage the firm's crisis communications division, leading strategy and creation of company-wide crisis planning, crisis media training, leadership messaging and more for a variety of short-term and long-term clients• Consult clients through numerous communications crises and challenges, including allegations of corporate fraud, self-dealing, medical malpractice and negligence; high-profile civil litigation, COVID-19 protocols, and employee and customer fatalities • Oversee a team of 5-6 junior- and mid-level staff, managing workloads, client staffing, career development, and quarterly and annual employee reviews• Create internal and external brand communications strategies, including the management and execution of company rebrands, internal reorganizations, and leadership changes• Craft executive speeches, content marketing materials (bylined articles, video scripts, web content, etc.), and leadership presentations for B2B and B2C companies• Serve as primary external communications partner for Wawa, managing and developing annual marketing strategies, new product messaging development, new market outreach, media strategy, and crisis communications• Lead execution of internal communications strategy for Wawa, developing employee messaging, COVID-19-related materials, employee training/onboarding messaging, company benefits messaging, employee acknowledgement programs, mission/vision/values messaging, and more• Produce, edit and direct 10+ corporate podcasts for Fortune 100 companies, philanthropic institutions and one of Pennsylvania's largest law firms
