Collaborating with market Chief People Officers, I led the deployment and co-delivery of programmes, significantly contributing to the success of global leadership initiatives and engagement programmes. Additionally, I spearheaded interventions for organisational development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and built and deployed the Group's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategic framework. As part of the Global Sustainability Committee, we continued to craft and publish annual reports for our People and Planet Positive strategy, creating a holistic cross-market approach to our global responsibilities.
