At my current/most recent position, within the company, I was responsible for research, planning and implementing new programs and protocols into the organization and overseeing the development of new products. In this role, my duties included overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. Often, I had to keep track of all the costs and logistics related to the creation of these new products, negotiate with potential clients and decide what ideas are worth pursuing. At times, I was in charge of administrative responsibilities and of overseeing employees, as well as acting as a liaison between the developers and marketing teams.I am a proficient user of Python and very well familiar with the market research, building SRS, database configuration MySQL and MSSQL and Quality Assurance (QA) Tools. I have strong leadership and management skills, budgeting ability, communication and presentation skills, ingenuity and creativity.Finally, I am devoted to constantly learn new things and be informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure the company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments.
