Accepts and coordinates referrals from third party management companies for marketing assistance, corporate destination services, inventory properties, broker to broker referrals, and rental/area tours. Counsels transferees, arranges for agent assignments, and facilitates paperwork and lines of communication between client consultants and assigned agents. Tracks updates for referrals on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and timely information is received from agent regarding status, pending and final sales and reports same to the referral source. Acts as a liaison between agent and third party client and assists with problem solving issues that arise. Determine the market value of the property by collecting and analyzing the necessary data, and performing the three approaches to value: Market Data Approach, Income Approach and Cost Approach.Within the past 20 years, I have appraised all forms of real estate common to the general commercial market. These properties include apartment buildings, retail and office buildings, restaurants, vacant land, and mixed use properties with an emphasis on multi-family.
