Counsels transferees, arranges for agent assignments, and facilitates paperwork and lines of communication between client consultants and assigned agents. Tracks updates for referrals on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and timely information is received from agent regarding status, pending and final sales and reports same to the referral source. Acts as a liaison between agent and third party client and assists with problem solving issues that arise.
