In the Route Performance Program we analyze the routes that are going out each day. I personally oversee the routing of 4-5 branches at a time. The purpose of this is to improve route efficiency. I create routes to minimize drive time and also increase services per route. I communicate with each branch manager to properly route according to their needs as well as adapt to changes happening within our program as well as the company. In order to complete goals we schedule anywhere between 2500-6000 appointments per day as well as optimize routes to keep appointments in order. I also analyze the amount of routes needed to meet production for each quarter. I am currently in a project to create boundaries for each service pro in my branches
