I aim to design more experiments to visualize further and understand the differences in 2D and 3D environments and their effect on AIM2 localization. Additionally, I worked with mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) that were wild-type and AIM2-knockout to determine if there were morphological and migrational differences between the two cell types.
