Manage the operations of Spring Gardens Heber assisted living home.

Manage a team of CNA’s, Medication Technicians, and Caregivers in providing exceptional care for 17 residents who suffer from dementia. Coordinate care for residents: medications, daily activities, meals, incontinent care, and housekeeping. Update families about progress of their loved ones. Work closely with Executive Director, Wellness Director, Marketing Director, and Activities Director.
