As a People Development & Performance Partner, I design and manage performance appraisal processes to align with company goals and identify skill development opportunities. I collaborate with the People Development & Performance Manager to create tailored development plans to drive individual and team success, support leadership training initiatives.

Build strong relationships with managers to support workforce needs, department culture, and industry trends. Collaborate with department leaders to improve efficiency and employee engagement, provide staffing consultation, support diversity initiatives, and facilitate hiring processes from interviews to onboarding. Evaluate and maintain job descriptions, support career path development to attract and retain top talent, manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, proactively addressing concerns and facilitating training and development.
