Provided design guidance for the myUSCIS site. Designed role-based UI, conducted user testing with immigration attorneys, paralegals, applicants, and company members/administrators. Created ‘card’ designs for tracking case progression and processing times, with the goal of reducing applicant stress and service center call volume.

Worked on the OPR team to create a site for passport renewals, within travel.state.gov. Developed adaptive and responsive UX/UI solutions. Translated research data into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Made design decisions based on best practices and stakeholder feedback.

Created wireframes and detailed designs for a tactical military system, AFATDS. Developed a ‘command and control’ interface, with a focus on real-world scenarios. Designs ensured that actions could be completed quickly in the field, to meet warfighter response time requirements. Worked closely with SMEs and reviewed user testing feedback to make purposeful UI decisions.

Updated the ‘Polaris Alpha’ website in Wordpress. Designed web and print graphics to support new marketing and branding efforts, focused on defense software capability. Created trade show collateral, infographics, data sheets, and graphics for proposal development.
